Hey you all..I trust all is well with my readers.. its SMOOTHIE DAY today.. i can’t believe that i haven’t blogged in 4 good months.. law school has taken my entire time and right now am contemplating whether i want to continue with the blog after law school in September.. We will see what happens.
So you guys know am always on the hustle when it comes to the healthy lifestyle.. LOL and i have been really consistent lately, amazing that when i don’t eat my fruits or vegetables in 2days, my body feels weird.. Yaaay healthy lifestyle!!!
Approximately 500 naira for the ingredients (which off course you won’t need all for just one serving… i divided my ingredients into two and the other half is in a freezer bag in the freezer for next time)
This smoothie was super yummmm and i especially loved the ginger taste it had..
I Love drinking and eating my fruits and vegetables.. how do you prefer to consume those healthy condiments your body requires?
